Was precisely what we were looking for as a convenient base for visiting family and friends. Loved the decor, great facilities, very clean and had a cosy, homely feel to it. The Christmas tree and mince pies were a nice touch.
A home from home. Anna has put a lot in this place. Everything is there and a big thank you for the welcome gifts. We stayed over Christmas and there was a tree and Xmas decorations. Good size house with 3 wc. Would definitely re book this in the summer. Great location for walks by the river and food shop on the doorstep.
We liked the location of the property for easy access for exploring Norwich City Centre, the Castle, Museum, Cathedral, churches and Lanes. The property has free off street parking. We liked the extra touches provided by the owner. The property on the whole is lovely and has a homely feel.
Anna is a great host. Her house is spotless and has fantastic kitchen and bathroom. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet, and so close to the city centre.
Really clean, well equipped and comfortable house. Great location, only a short walk into Norwich. Handy parking space. Good communication from Anna regarding booking times, directions etc as well as lots of information in the property on the equipment provided.
This property is the best holiday rental we have stayed in, and we have stayed in very many over the last fifteen years. The parking is very close by (always a bonus in a city location) and only a short walk into the centre of lovely Norwich. The house is furnished beautifully, to a very high end and with every thoughtful touches and finishes in every area give a welcoming, happy vibe, all credit due to the hosts. Beds are comfortable, the private garden another lovely bonus and a very relaxing lounge to cosy up after busy days sightseeing. Cant recommend this place enough and thank you Anna again for a suer break in Norwich.

Everything was perfect. The house was exceptionally clean, very cosy, conveniently located and had everything you would need for a family stay. The host is wonderful. We are already planning to come back!

What a beautiful little house in an ideal location. The parking space was very helpful and we were able to reach most things on foot during our stay. The house had everything we needed ( except maybe a changing table to save our backs :))A big thank you for providing a travel cot and high chair for our little one. Everything was very clean, so felt right at home.
